Job Description Required detail knowledge of Estimation and Billing of major/minor projects. Working of Tenders/quotations as well as arrangement of work schedule and Budget schedule with contract value is essence of this post. Negotiation with various vendors/ contractors for procurement as well as installation of jobs which are going on floor. Preparation of R.A. Bills and Final bill for submission to clients and arrangement of checking of measurement with concerned contractors are mandatory. Preparing & tracking of project with utility of Budget, as well as maintenance of project in DLP period. Liaison with Government agencies & contractors. Execute & deploy manpower as per site requirements. Co - ordinates with Admin for day-to-day client visits and their arrangements.
