Job Description

: Account Executive, Small and Medium Business, Google Cloud (Japanese, English)Location: Tokyo, JapanExperience Level: MidMinimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in one or more of the following: sales, client relationship, or account management.
  • Experience in new business acquisition, including in the Cloud, SaaS, Paas, or IaaS industry.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in Japanese and English with local stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience promoting solutions to help businesses transition from on-premise to the cloud.
  • Experience in technical or sales in Cloud, Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
  • Experience in technology and cloud computing market, and a passion for Google Cloud products (e.g., Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, etc.).
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience collaborating/co-promoting with channel partners in the market.

You will communicate with customers and partners, discussing and advocating for the value of Google Cloud solutions.   • Manage opportunities through the entire cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
  • Deliver assigned goals while prioritizing an outstanding customer experience to customers and prospects.
  • Drive business development, forecast, and achieve goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
  • Work with Customer Engineers and trusted Google Cloud Partners as a critical member of the Sales team to grow opportunities with small and medium businesses.
  • Engage and implement regional strategy to support the growth goals.
