Job Description

: AI Sales Specialist, Google Cloud (Japanese, English)Location: Tokyo, JapanExperience Level: AdvancedMinimum qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in promoting Information Technology (IT) business solutions and executing a territory business strategy.
  • Experience in partnering with technical staff to build business cases and implementation plans.
  • Experience in identifying and delivering use cases.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in managing partners in implementation projects including global system integrator and packaged software vendors.
  • Experience promoting the Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology stack.
  • Experience with product teams with knowledge of how to embed our technology into their product set.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings.
  • Ability to drive business growth across a broad set of industry-specific Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) use cases.
  • Ability to connect AI/ML with business value and collaborate with executive stakeholders as an advisor and thought leader.

  • Calibrate the business against the objectives and results. Forecast and report the state of the business for the territory.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Subject Matter Expert. Influence direction for your new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Business Representative and Customer Engineers (CEs).
  • Assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate solution differentiators.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including an enterprise plan across verticals.
  • Work with Google Account and technical teams to develop and motivate pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market business and related efforts with the Cloud teams and GCP Partners.
