Job Description

Please submit your CV here for future consideration.Position OverviewCoordinates and oversees the execution and completion of all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation. Installations may involve acceptance of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems, or system integration or consulting projects/engagements. (May) work at client site from time to time. Typically involves extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams. At higher levels, may be required to manage people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. Projects are typically focused on the delivery of new or enhanced products to improvement of customer satisfaction through the use of technology.Responsibilities

  • Manage medium to large consulting/implementation projects primarily for key customers implementing Autodesk Solutions and Technologies
  • Define project resource plans, including leading and managing internal and external resources to meet project objectives
  • Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project control tools utilizing standard software
  • Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team
  • Interview and consult with customers to gather and determine customer business and solution requirements. Work with new and existing customers to identify unrealized customer needs and promote Autodesk solutions to drive additional revenue. Recommending best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs
  • Maintain open communication among account team and project team members and lead project review meetings
  • Support sales and business development by writing and/or reviewing proposals, writing scopes of work, and developing delivery estimates and resource requirements for solution
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels
  • Define practices and processes for managing client and stakeholder expectations
  • May be responsible for managing multiple and/or complex projects
  • May consult with others on development and execution of complex project plan
  • May act as subject matter expertise to sales
Minimum Qualifications
  • Solid professional experience in multi project management
  • PMP / PMI qualified or equivalent (e.g. IPMA) an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve project objectives and deliver projects that ultimately go into production within cost/schedule constraints
  • Experience with software implementation project management methodologies throughout software development project lifecycle
  • Previous experience in consulting or service delivery to architect and design solutions based on business requirements. Experience with delivering software to customers for acceptance
  • Ideally experience with delivering solutions to customers with Autodesk technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to review and write scopes of work, project-related documentation, and develop and present presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team of technical experts, sales, subject matter experts, and other project managers
  • Business fluency in both Japanese and English (both verbal and written)
