• Manage end-to-end collections for Tractor Finance portfolio across assigned geography.
• Drive collection efficiency, roll-back ratios, and delinquency control (DPD, NPA, bounce cases).
• Lead, train, and monitor field collection teams and agencies to achieve monthly targets.
• Ensure timely recovery through field visits, follow-ups, and customer negotiations.
• Monitor bucket-wise performance (030, 3160, 6190, NPA).
• Implement collection strategies aligned with business and regulatory guidelines.
• Handle skip cases, fraud cases, and repossession activities as per company policy.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal policies, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams for smooth resolution.
• Prepare MIS reports, ageing analysis, and review performance with senior management.
• Manage vendor payouts, agency performance, and cost optimization.
• Address customer escalations and resolve disputes professionally.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong knowledge of secured loan collections (preferably Tractor / Auto / Rural Finance).
• Expertise in field collections, recovery mechanisms, and legal processes.
• People management and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track MIS and performance metrics.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of local market and rural customer behavior.
