Job Description

    Position: Business Development ManagerProduct: InsuranceCTC: 4 LPALocation:Dimapur, angul, balangir, balasore, bhadrak, ganjam, jeypore ,brahmapur, rourkela, cuttak ,sambalpurKey Responsibilities:
    1. Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:
      • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and attending industry events.
      • Actively build and manage a pipeline of potential clients by reaching out to new leads.
      • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to uncover areas for growth.
    2. Relationship Building & Client Acquisition:
      • Foster strong, lasting relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
      • Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
      • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with the companys products and services.
    3. Sales Strategy & Negotiation:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
      • Oversee the full sales process, from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiation and finalization.
      • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, legal) to ensure seamless contract execution.
    4. Market Expansion & Brand Awareness:
      • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to increase the companys market presence.
      • Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
      • Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with business development objectives and generate inbound leads.
    5. Customer Retention & Relationship Management:
      • Build long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and resolving any concerns.
      • Partner with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and continued satisfaction for clients.
    6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
      • Monitor sales performance and track progress towards meeting sales goals, budgets, and KPIs.
      • Prepare regular reports for senior management on pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and revenue performance.
    7. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
      • Coordinate with product and service teams to ensure offerings are aligned with client needs.
      • Share insights from clients and market feedback to contribute to the development of new products or services.
