Job Description

Production Manager- Manufacturing UnitKey Responsibilities:- Lead daily production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery commitments.- Develop production plans and optimise manpower, machinery, and material utilisation.- Ensure smooth manufacturing operations while maintaining high productivity and operational efficiency.- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, and Continuous Improvement initiatives across the plant.- Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions to eliminate bottlenecks and improve performance.- Collaborate with Maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and minimise downtime.- Work closely with Quality teams to reduce defects, improve First Pass Yield (FPY), and achieve Zero Defect Manufacturing.- Support new product introduction (NPI), APQP activities, PPAP submissions, and production readiness.- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and statutory regulations.Qualifications :- BE/B.TECH - Mechanical.Experience :12 - 15 years of experience in automotive manufacturing.- Minimum 3 years in a Production Manager or similar leadership position.Interested can send their updated resume on given below Email ID or WhatsApp number Email: hidden_emailWhatsApp and calling number is hidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
