Roles & Responsibility :- Team of Sales Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team.- Identify ; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors- Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.- Implement and adhere to the Need-Based Selling Model.Candidate Profile :Any Bachelor Degree- 2 year experience in sale and marketing in any field- Age between 21 to 38- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.- Ability to lead a sales team.- Good communication, selling and negotiation skillsAny Bachelor Degree- 2 year experience in sale and marketing in any field- Age between 21 to 38- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.- Ability to lead a sales team.- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
