Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the bancassurance or insurance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and ability to utilize data for decision-making
• Sound knowledge of insurance products, banking processes, and regulations
