• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer databases by entering information.
• Achieve daily and weekly targets for call volume and sales conversions.
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during calls.
Skills and Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Good listening skills to understand customer needs effectively.
• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
