Job Description

Design definition, specification, implementation and testing of electronic medical devices. Defining product requirements, circuit design, schematic capture, PCB design, Debugging tools, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, board bring-up and integration testing and production management. Design 81632 bit microcontrollersMicroprocessor Freescale, NXP, ARM Cortex, board level timing and signal integrity analysis. Interfacing the microcontrollers with the low noise low power ADC, DAC and sensors. Analog, digital and mixed signal designs. Schematic PCB development with various Signal Conditioning Techniques and Communication protocols Develop hardware test specifications, test setups, and conducts hardware validation tests electrical, thermal, EMC, etc. to evaluate component, circuit, subsystem and system-level hardware performance against design inputs. Coordinate with RD team in Serbia to identify and resolve technical issues during prototype development. Technical support for new product design transfer to manufacturing in India. Engage with cross-functional teams and vendors during new product development. Identify and resolve development issues during pilot production. Lead the activities of technicians, designers and engineering peers in the development of new hardware and its transfer to manufacturing. Develop and maintain quality engineering documentation e.g. Device Master Record, Design Review, Design Verification Validation, Corrective and Preventive Actions.
