Job Description

As a Collection Manager in the Commercial Vehicle portfolio, your role involves overseeing the Bucket Collection and recovery of Loss on Sale. You will be responsible for managing a team of Collection Associates to ensure adequate coverage meeting CAPE norms. Your focus will be on Non starters and revenue collection, including identifying deployment of assets and meeting with delinquent customers. Initiating legal actions for critical cases and ensuring asset repossession is done in compliance with standard operating processes will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you must ensure 100% Mobile App usage and timely deposition of money, while providing quality feedback and trails.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve collection efficiency targets in a timely manner- Implement effective cost management strategies- Maintain a healthy portfolio by managing delinquencies proactivelyQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Finance or related field- Proven experience in collections management- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectivelyCompany Details:The company is a leading player in the financial services industry, known for its innovative solutions and customer-centric approach.
