The role involves handling air ticketing queries via phone and email, providing accurate travel information, and supporting customers throughout the booking process. Strong communication in English is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities: Handle customer queries related to air ticket bookings through phone and email. Provide travel options, fare quotes, and assist in booking processes. Communicate fluently and confidently in Englishboth spoken and written. Learn and operate the GDS system (Travelport Galileo) for flight bookings. Support customers with changes, cancellations, and general post-booking queries. Keep records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups. Stay informed about travel routes, airline policies, and basic travel industry trends.Requirements: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Excellent English communication skillsverbal and written. Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality. Basic understanding of the travel and tourism industry. Good computer skills with the ability to work on laptops, MS Office, and internet browsers. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle responsibilities independently.
