Advocate Required for Real estate IndustryStrong communication skills,Mail on :- hidden_email/hidden_mobile(only WhatsApp)Job Profile:Drafting, filing and defending of all type of litigations .i.e. Criminal and Civil before various courts.Appearance before NCLT and NCLAT, DelhiDrafting & vetting of contracts, Drafting of Legal Notices, Rejoinders, complaints, plaints, written statements, letters, complaints etc.Drafting of various MOUs, agreement for sale, sale deeds, leave and license, lease deeds etcregistration of various documents in the office of sub registrar Kalyan, Ulhasnagar and other placesReview of Land title, search report, 7/12 and other land related documents.Review on ongoing cases and advice management accordingly and preparation of report of legal data.Liaise with relevant government departments, court administration department and police to take appropriate courses of action.Review, Draft and advice on all contracts including sale agreement, non disclosure agreement, service agreement, lease deed, leave and license and other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess Legal implications that need to be brought to the executive managements attention.Appearance on behalf of company before various tribunals and forums such as Motor accident claim tribunal, Consumer Court, District court, City Civil Court, Sessions Court, NCLT, RERA, Cooperative society court, Metropolitan Magistrate court etc.Drafting of Civil suits, Criminal cases, written statements, applications Legal notices, reply to legal notices including civil, criminal, 138 of NI act.Coordination with external law firms and consultants regarding cases.
