Locations: Ghatkopar CTC: 22,000 per month Experience: 6 Months 3 Years Qualification: HSC / Graduate Reporting To: Team Leader (TL)About the CompanyA leading name in the precious metals industry, we specialize in premium gold and silver products through innovative retail formats, including Gold & Silver Vending Machines installed at airports, malls, temples, and other premium locations.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote gold and silver products through vending machines.Assist customers with machine usage and product-related queries.Ensure timely stock refilling and product availability.Maintain vending machine cleanliness and display standards.Monitor machine performance and report technical issues.Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for stock and maintenance.Achieve assigned sales targets through customer engagement.Collect customer feedback to improve service quality.Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel/ERP.Follow company SOPs while handling customer queries and after-sales support.Represent the brand professionally at all times.
