Job Description

    • To call customers and explain them about our product.
    • To grab maximum customers for visiting on site.
    • To have proper follow up on the leads which will be provided by the Media Manager/ Manager Sales / Channel Partner etc.
    • To give daily reports of leads to Respective sales manager of site and Designated Authority.
    • Communicating with clients about the events, campaigns etc of Sales.
    • Answering customers call and Responding their requirements & Queries.
    • To keep proper record of each and every client by filling enquiry forms, booking form, receipts of payments maintaining stock of brochure, stationery etc.
    • To send receipts to respective customers.
    • To input all the customer details in the software
    • To show sample flat show flat, Club house etc to the visiting customers.
    • To solve existing query of customers.
    Sales Manager
    • To explain the product to the visiting customers.
    • To meet or exceed the Sales Target and outstanding target.
    • Coordinating with other departments regarding Post Sales & Pre Sales.
    • To take day to day reports from the sales coordinator.
    • To take proper follow up regarding Agreement, Nocs, Demand, Possession letter etc form the Post Sales team.
    • Proactively grab the Sales opportunity
    • To have backup strategy of sales as per the market condition.
    • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
    • Coordination with customers, bankers till the time of disbursement.
    • To input all the customer details in the software.
    • To show sample flat show flat, Club house etc to the visiting customers.
    • Maintaining outstanding sheet both offline and online.
    • To solve and handle the customers query till the time of possession and till the time we are handling the society.
