    JOB DESCRIPTIONDate 06.07.2026Department HR && AdminDesignation / Job Title Exetutive Payroll && Hr OperationQualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Administration, or a related field(or equivalent experience).Experience Min 1-2 yrsGrade Executive HRSalary 4 to 4.5 LPAFunctional Reporting To Sr. Executive HRAdministratively Reporting To Head HRJob Location ThaneRevision -Purpose : To manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and compliance,while supporting key HR operational activities such as onboarding, employee datamanagement, leave administration, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.Core Responsibilities: -Payroll ManagementProcess monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift allowances.Maintain employee salary structure, revisions, and arrear calculations.Ensure compliance with statutory deductions PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS).Generate and verify payroll reports, salary registers, and variance reports.Coordinate with Finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliations.Handle full && final settlements (F&&F), gratuity, and bonus calculations.Coordination with third party payroll vendorHR Documentation and Records:Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance,leave records, etc.Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and other documents.Employee Relations:Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events.Contribute to fostering a positive work culture and maintaining employee satisfaction.HR OperationsManage employee onboarding and documentation (offer letter, joining kit, induction).Maintain HRIS data with accuracy (personal info, job changes, payroll inputs).Administer leave && attendance management, including tracking and corrections.Prepare HR letters experience, salary, confirmation, increment, etc.Support performance management process by coordinating evaluations and data.Maintain employee files and ensure data confidentiality.College Trainee Mgt:Scheduling training plan for all types of trainees in organizationAssisting for all formalities- attendance, stipend, other recordscompletion of all formalities of BOAT, NAPS, NATS likewise.Internal Customers All employees of AEPLExternal Customers Consultants, vedors, compliance officers etcCompetencies && Skill Strong knowledge of payroll process and statutory compliances.Hands-on experience with HRMS/payroll softwareGood understanding of attendance systems and leave policies.Proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, formulas.Attention to detail, confidentiality, and time management.Good verbal && written communication skills.Basic knowledge of all HR practices, policies, and employment laws.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
