Job Description

Dear Candidates,We have urgent requirement for given below,1.Position -Operation Manager- Academic Department2. Qualification- Graduate (Commerce background compulsory )3. Experience -2 years of minimum experience in customer service / academic department / operations departmentJob Description -Objective -To develop total satisfaction within the students, faculties and Academic Partners (College / University Partners) for the Educational service rendered by our institution. Ensuring 360 degree process management in all academic operations.Key Result Area (KRA) -1. Team Management

  • Allocation academic tasks to team members for timely service implementation to students
  • Ensuring timely completion of all academic compliance from team
  • Checking team performance on daily, weekly and monthly basis and conducting periodical performance reviews
  • Checking the team accountable for the tasks and responsibilities
  • Managing team members to complete their academic & operations work in time
  • Ensuring all academic reports on technology are maintained and filled by the team for timely analysis
2. Strategic Management
  • Developing & implementing Academic Plans
  • Developing and implementing ideas for attracting new students/ batches for all programs
  • Creating processes to ensure high level of service productivity in all academic activities in each of the batches
  • Competitor analysis to check operational innovations
  • Creating strategy within team executions for ensuring high motivation and productive output across all activities
3. Direct Executions
  • Conducting/ mentoring parents meeting for all academic batches
  • Streamlining academic processes for smooth flow of operations and implementations by team members
  • Developing brand loyalty, student/Parent relationship management amongst students of all programs/ batches
  • Identifying and appointing new faculties for upcoming / existing programs with aid of senior management
  • Monitoring and evaluating faculties on academic parameters
  • Developing and maintaining relationship for effective coordination with all institutional partners
  • Developing processes and high service satisfaction benchmarks for strong student loyalty & retention within all programs
  • Managing & coordinating employment opportunities for students on timely basis
4. Essential Skills
  • Excellent communicability and interpersonal skills in language English
  • Open to learning and adopting Institutions culture
  • Creative in imparting knowledge and subject information
