Job Description

    We are Hiring for Real Estate firm!Profile : Sourcing ManagerLoaction : Thane/KDMCPackage : 6 LPARequirement :The candidate should have basic knowledge of the real estate market -MMR RegionReal Estate experience is preferred, either with a developer, ICP, IPC or Ecommerce firm1} Conduct regular virtual CP meetings with purpose of engagement, enhance app usage & generate brokerage revenue2} Time to Time review of CPs performance, qualitative & quantitative aspects and add process improvements plans3} Handle CP queries regarding app usage and features (be the one point of contact for him)4} Guide and navigate CPs in exploring App features5} Assist CPs in scheduling their customers site visits through the app6} Interact with Developers sales team/SPOC for site visit & booking confirmationInform 7} The brokers about new app features & updates and encourage them to use it8} Track brokers performance (site visits, app usage, bookings and various such parameters)9} Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets (site visits & closures through assigned brokers)10} Keep abreast with upcoming projects, price movements and market dynamics11} Time to time have meetings with his/her assigned CPs at their offices or sites12} Proficiency in Computer Skills: Beginner to MediumRegards,Sejal Solankihidden_mobilesejalsolanki3025@gmail.com
