Tele Relationship Manager- HL DigitalWe are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our HL Digital team, reporting to the Lead - HL Digital. This role involves engaging with prospective customers & successfully converting them.Key Responsibilities:1. Engage with prospect customers to convince them and lead them towards closure & to assist them towards the loan process2. Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve targets.3.Collaborate with the Lead and team (Credit & Operations) to ensure smooth business flow movement.4.Utilize digital tools to manage leads and enhance customer satisfaction.5. Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer insights.Qualifications & Criterions Criteria:MBA Professional from Tier 3 & Tier 4 institutes a. 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in BFSI sales through customer contact Centre. b. Familiarity with digital tools for customer engagement. c. Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.
