Designation:Updated: January 08, 2025Location:Organization::To ensure that the Electrical machineries & Control systems used for Tyre Cord & CSY Production, run to their maximum efficiency and output. Introducing innovative ways for better machine upkeep, preventive & predictive maintenance.VFY Fashion Business Kalyan Unit is having facility to produce 17 TPD Tyre Yarn & 12 TPD Continuous Spun Yarn. The production facility is having various process & utility equipment for this purpose which requires Electrical & Instrumentation systems.The role is responsible for maintenance activities of Electrical systems to ensure maximum uptime of process equipment. In time electrical work completion of new expansion projects.Root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions in case of non-conformance. Maintenance planning and addressing unscheduled stoppages and breakdowns.Create new SOPs, upgrade existing SOPs to improve equipment output, effectiveness & make the system foolproof.Identification of energy conservation opportunities and convert them to proposals. Implementation and review of energy conservation schemes.Conduct risk assessment of process and tasks in department. Create & implement SOPs to achieve higher safety performance. Ensuring elimination of unsafe conditions and developing a safety culture. Participate & assist the team in investigation of incidents to determine root cause and corrective actions wherever necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor Of Engineering, Master of Electrical Engg.Minimum Experience Level:5-8 YearsReport to:Assistant Manager
