We are looking for Online English Teachers / ESL Trainers / Spoken English Coaches to teach adult learners across global locations through live online classes.This role is ideal for experienced educators, English trainers, soft skills coaches, or tutors who enjoy mentoring learners and transforming their communication abilities. If youre comfortable teaching early mornings and love interactive, conversation-based teachingwe want you!What You Will Teach
• Spoken English & Conversational Fluency
• Grammar, Sentence Formation & Vocabulary
• Pronunciation, Accent Neutralization & Public Speaking
• Business English & Real-life Communication Skills
Your Core Responsibilities
• Deliver live online classes to adult learners (1:1 or small batches)
• Follow structured content, lesson plans, and teaching tools provided
• Make sessions engaging using activities like role plays, discussions, and presentations
• Track learner performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality online classroom experience
Who Can Apply
• Graduates from any stream (English/Linguistics/Education preferred)
• Strong English fluency with a neutral accent
• Prior teaching, tutoring, training, voice & accent coaching, or ESL experience preferred
• Confident using Zoom/Google Meet and digital teaching tools
• Certifications such as TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / IELTS Trainer are an advantage
Work Details
• Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
• Shift: 3 PM - 10 PM IST
• Students: All age groups
• Work Days: 6 Days (Weekends required)
