Job Description

    • Candidates should be willing to travel to the above mentioned locations.
    • Candidates should be able to identify potential clients, contact decision makers in the higher education institutions, and arrange meetings.
    • Candidates should be able to present in detail the company profile and its services to the decision makers of the higher education institutions.
    • Candidates should be able to understand the client requirements and thereby prepare a proposal to be submitted to the client.
    • Candidate should be able to convincingly present the proposal and secure the contract.
    • After the sale process, the candidate shall continue to maintain a good rapport with the decision makers and participate in the monthly review meetings with the clients.
    Experience requirements:
    • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
    • Preference to candidates who have been experienced in sales of products/ services to educational institutions.
    • Preference to candidates who have sales experience in the Real estate industry.
