Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
   • 40% leads from the company
   • 30% from marketing/promotional activities
   • 30% from personal references/network
2. Sales: Convert leads to insurance policy sales or premium acquisitions.
3. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
4. Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
5. Reporting: Report daily field activities to the reporting manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales in the bfsi industry (insurance, credit cards, loans, casa, etc.).
2. Locality: Must be a local resident of the hiring city.
3. Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred due to the field-intensive nature of the role.
4. Age Limit: Maximum 35 years.
5. Education: Graduation/Diploma completed.
6. Transport: Own conveyance/bike required.
