Electrical & InstrumentationJob descriptionComplete study of contract documents and applicable standards for instruments.Review of various engineering documents like Technical specifications, Data sheets, I/O checklist, Loop details, Interlock schemes, Control room layout, cable schedules, marshalling racks, cable routing, grounding, hardware console, system cabinets, Human Machine Interface (HMI) stations etcDevising instrument layout drawings, wiring drawings, junction box schedule and cable trench layouts.Framing installation hookups and cable interconnection drawings.Selecting control Instruments, handling enquiry specification preparation and selecting instruments based on type of application.Reviewing of Vendor documents and follow ups.Data collection at site for the basic engineering (ESD & DCS Architecture detail collection, existing ESD Auxiliary console loop drawing, ESD Auxiliary Console Internal Wiring Drawings, Marshalling cabinet wirings, C&E drawingsAttended and witnessed I/A DCS graphic dynamic testing at vendor testing facilitiesActive participation in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for DCS & ESD system at vendor premisesOverall co-ordination with vendor and other sub-contractorsInstallation & CommissioningEnsured instrument equipment works complied with project specifications, company procedures, method statements and quality assurance and controls documentation.Supervised and monitoring the flow of inspection on-site and calibration prior to meet the project deadline.Tasks to monitor all subcontractor activity prior for deadline start of Instrumentation Workload. Assigned to witnessing for calibration of instrumentation, commissioning of the following equipment: Smart Flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, different control valves, pressure gauges and Fire & Gas alarms.Transferring & Commissioning of loops includes thorough study and understanding of the process, checking of the Logic for interlocks, Verifying Cause and Effects, and proper pre- planned preparations to ensure completion of Transfer within given deadline.Efficiently Handled Transferring of Critical loops and commissioning them without affecting the process with proper precautions.Preparation of test equipments, consumables, tools and technicians to execute commissioning work at fabrication site including instrument calibration, loop check and function test, stroking control valve, shutdown valve and blow down valve, pop test for pressure relief valve.Checking the integrity of the field packages regarding communications as they were commissioned and incorporated into the main DCS and ESD systems.Execute the OTP for process related packages and utilities systems.Commissioning Assistance to vendor related process and utilities packages.Reviewing of DCS and ESD software modification during commissioning activities Roles and ResponsibilitiesIf you are interested can apply their updated resume on this id: hidden_email & call at hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile
