    Based in the UK, TDeFi is the worlds first acceleration program dedicated to Decentralised Financing ventures. A group of professionals and serial entrepreneurs with diverse experience in various aspects of the Traditional Finance and Crypto Currency ecosystem, came together to bring order, compliance, precision, business, connections, and most importantly, Real-world utility to this emerging industry. TDeFi has structured an intensive mentor-driven program that brings all the building blocks for a DeFi startup under one roof through the established portfolio companies of the Partners/In-house group infrastructure serving the Fintech and Crypto ecosystem for over 5 years. Some of the projects incubated by TDeFi are xBTC, OROPocket, SingularityDAO, Drife, etc.We are looking for individuals that are aligned to become entrepreneurs rather than employees. Post-investment, youll be required to work with the founders and entrepreneurs of the portfolio companies.Job. Description:The incumbents primary responsibility will be to: Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders in the preparation and execution of transactions/deals for a Crypto ecosystem accelerator Contribution to the production of presentation materials & transaction documents, due diligence and conducting market and industry research. Assessment of business models and thorough competitor analysis. Preparation of financial models, investment pitches, and exit strategies. Understand the transaction cycle and process steps. Procurement and evaluation of potential investment opportunities. Conduct primary & secondary research on various industries and assess the competitive landscape for potential opportunities.
