Job Description

    1. Customer Connect/Interfacea. Provide technical support to customers regarding RFT product selection, application know how, resolving technical issues to maximize leather chemicals usage.b. To conduct failure analysis investigation of customer products as part of the design process and reported to the customer as required.c. Work collaboratively with Business team and Core R &D for Positioning new development in the Market.d. To coordinate on sample ordering, delivery, and follow-up with customers for product approval.e. Identify new applications and coordinate with appropriate management, factory, marketing, and sales team to develop customer applications.2. Product Technology:a. To build high level understanding of physical and performance CTQs for correct product recommendations, curing, lab tests to validate both physical and performance test properties, substrates compatibility, application techniques, knowledge of mixing and dispensing, environmental and regulatory compliances, failure analysis, technology limitations.b. Benchmarking activities leading to the new product concepts/improvement in existing core product range.3. Complaint Management:a. Through customer complaints identify the opportunity to address pain areas leading to product improvement /new business opportunity.4. Collaboration:a. To continuously scan /interact with customers / channel partners markets/OEMs to identify the opportunity of new Product Dev or Product Improvement .,
