Job Description

    Job Position: Junior MERN Stack Web DeveloperWe are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresher-level web developers to join our development team. As a Junior Developer, you will work closely with senior developers to learn, grow, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge software products.Key Responsibilities: Software Development: Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of web-based software applications. Collaborate with the team to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Coding and Debugging: Write code in languages such as React, Express.js, Node.js, Modern UI Libraries like Shadcn and MaterialUI, Database MongoDB, or any relevant technology stack based on project requirements. Identify and fix bugs and performance issues. Collaboration: Work closely with senior developers and other team members to understand requirements, propose technical solutions, and execute tasks efficiently. Documentation: Document code, processes, and technical details to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across the team. Learning and Development: Stay updated with new technologies, frameworks, and development best practices. Participate in code reviews, team discussions, and other professional development activities. Quality Assurance: Ensure the code meets performance and quality standards by conducting thorough testing, debugging, and optimization.Qualifications: Education: A degree in Computer Science (BE, B.Tech, BCA, MCA) or a related field (or equivalent academic qualification). Programming Knowledge: Basic knowledge of JavaScript along with HTML & CSS, frameworks like React.js, Express.js & Node.js, and basics of MongoDB Database. Understanding of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented programming concepts.Skills: Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach technical challenges with a logical and structured mindset. Basic Web Technologies: Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks (React) and Backend frameworks (Node.js) is a plus. Version Control: Basic understanding of Git or any other version control system. Learning Attitude: Strong willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the company.Preferred Skills: Exposure to cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean). Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB).
