After in- depth work of about 10 years.The company publishes high quality course books based on the National Curriculum Framework 2005 (NCF- 2005) published by NCERT which is applicable to all schools affiliated to boards like CBSE, ICSE and All State Boards across India. In 2017, NCERT published Learning Outcomes, Job Purpose:Area Sales Manager would be primarily responsible for prospecting and generating new sales, achieving sales targets and retaining the Customers.Responsibilities: Shall be responsible for touring the given areas and Prospecting New Schools and generating sales orders.Retaining Existing Schools and generating sales.Organizing Seminars during the given period and ensuring maximum participation of schools to generate business.Promoting sales of all the products of the organisations from course books, teachers training to Digital content etc.Achieving sales target for the given region as per the goal sheet.Timely order booking, dispatches and delivery of books in coordination with Operations and Logistics team.Payment collections and account closures within the given cycle.Assist CSM in implementation Execution Assessment of Schools.Following the Reporting mechanisms by way of reports, con- calls etc.Preparing Sales report, Expense reports, Visit reports and reporting the same to Line Manager through Internet Business Management Systems and attending Monthly/ Fortnightly Review Meets.following documentation and punctuality norms.Requisite Skills:Excellent track record of consistently achieving sales targets, buildingdynamic sales teams and delivering high- yielding services & products.Strong customer relationship and communication skills.Strong listening and presentation skills.,
