  • Will be responsible for generating revenue for the respectivebranchthrough HNIs, Retail clients & Franchisee.
  • Will be responsible for achieving surplus through New Business development. Should focus on all the products including equity, derivatives (F&O), commodities & PMS.
  • Develop business through appointment of new franchisees in the territory.
  • Will be responsible for achieving brokerage productivity per client (HNI and Retail) & achieve client profitability.
  • Should ensure adherence to all compliance as laid down by Risk and Compliance.
  • Should ensure harmonious relationships with employees & team members & take initiatives to build employees capability.
Skill, Qualification & Experience:1. Candidate should have good understanding & knowledge about the capital market.2. He should be well networked in the market & must have ability to push ideas toBranch/ franchisee/HNI Clients.3.
