Require Skills : Primary Sales and Secondary Sales Achievement. Assist in Launching of new products. conduct Market Research and feasibility studies for New Products. Plan New Product Launch Strategy and Placement according to an agreed market development strategy. Ensuring effective preparation of Brand Plans - defining brand strengths, target markets, customer profiling and Brand objectives. Conduct market research such as customer questionnaires & focus groups to understand the market needs planning and implementation of BTL activities brand promotions. Events coordination (Branding/ execution/ approvals) based on requirements/purpose and thereby increase interaction among relevant TG (Target groups). Brand and promotion campaigns in their region and various Trade fairs & Exhibitions. Ensuring proper promotional activities such as Meets, Branding, Counter Staff Training, etc. . Monitor the expenditure done on various branding activities Efficiently handled product promotion activities & increased the product visibility for generating revenue in Delhi / NCR, North Region. Responsible for Maximizing Sales, Distribution (Width and Depth), Product visibility & Display related objectives through leveraging the planned resources & infrastructure at the Area Level within the values and parameters set by the Company. Strategizing the most appropriate methods for escalating business. Analyzed marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for product enhancement and fine-tuning sales & marketing strategies. Provided direction to execute promotions/ launches in sync with local characteristics. Feedback of competitors activities and suggesting marketing strategies/BTL Activities to counter them from time to time. Coordination with Brand marketing team for planning marketing strategies, Pricing, consumer scheme. Functional Skills Required Understanding of FMCG categories Sound knowledge of Sales & Marketing processes Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent Presentation Skills Analytical Skills.
