POST :- LOGISTIC & EXPORTEXPERIENCE:- 4+LOCATION:- KARNALJOB PROFILE:-Coordinating with forwarder and shipping line, share MSDS & IIP for Haz cargo Adhesive & ink shipment and containers booking as per shipment plan.Calling for Quote for freight(sea, air) for each shipment(Sea Port : Karachi, Jakarta, Durban, shuwaikh, Vancouver, Jebel Ali, Appa (Lagos),Follow up with marketing team for Sale OrderPlan for monthly dispatchPRESHIPMENT DOCUMENTATION: After receiving PI from marketing team, Preparation of Commercial Invoice (calculating gross wt, pallet calculation), Packing List, Certificate of analysis of product, LUT copy, AEO operator certificate, Self Sealing and Factory stuffing certificate.COORDINATION WITH CHA: Checking Export Check list& approve for filing for final shipping bill no.Coordinating with dispatch team for factory stuffing FCL loadPOSTSHIPMENT DOCUMENTATION: Preparation of Certificate of origin and get attested by Delhi Chamber, Ministry of CommerceChecking BL Draft and approve for filing.Preparing Export Document for submitting to Bank, Marketing Team and Export Dept.reparing documents Commercial Invoice, Packing list, final BL, COA and COO as per LCInco terms: EXW, DA terms, CIF,LC terms, FOB, TT Advance :worked with mentioned terms & conditionFollow up A/C Dept for Courier and share same to custom with scan copy of documentTracking for shipment reaching for destinationMaintaining 100 per cent accuracies in all documents specially with LC DocumentsPreparing MEIS Benefit list for applicable product and coordinating with MEIS agent.IF INTERESTED PLS MAIL YOUR CV:- BALAJIPLACEMENT2008@GMAIL.COMMAMTABALAJI PLACEMENT SERVICE9729188166
