Job descriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our team in the European department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and be able to work well under pressure.Roles and Responsibility Assist the head chef in planning menus and preparing food for special events. Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop new recipes and menus to keep culinary offerings fresh. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. Participate in menu costing and inventory management.Job Requirements Proven experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or similar role. Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
