Job Description

    3D Visualizer / Architectural DesignerWe are seeking a 3D Visualizer / Architectural Designer to join our team in Cochin, Kerala. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative vision, technical expertise in 3D visualization, and a keen eye for architectural detailing.Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for architectural and interior projects. Develop photo-realistic images and walkthrough animations using Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona Render, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects and designers to interpret project concepts and bring them to life. Ensure all renders meet client expectations in terms of lighting, textures, materials, and finishes. Optimize 3D models for real-time rendering and efficient performance without compromising quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization.Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: BE/BTech/Diploma in Multimedia or a related field. Software Expertise: Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD. Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in 3D visualization projects. Strong knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques. Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into detailed 3D renderings.
