Job Description

Sales PersonFormost International Trading Pvt Ltd is looking for a Salesperson (In-Shop) with experience in the textile retail shop to manage sales, and provide excellent customer service at our uniform and textile retail store. The ideal candidate should have sales skills, and the ability to assist customers in selecting fabrics, uniforms, and accessories.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in selecting uniforms, fabrics, and textile products based on their needs. Explain product features, fabric quality, and pricing to customers. Handle bulk order inquiries from schools, corporate clients, and institutions. Ensure upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales. Address customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Work closely with the billing and cashier team for smooth order processing.
