The role involves building and managing a strong partner network, driving sales, and ensuring seamless collaboration between partners and the company.Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new partners to expand the companys customer base.
• Train and support partners to effectively promote and sell insurance products.
• Act as a liaison between the company and partners to ensure productivity and performance.
• Drive business growth by achieving sales targets set by the company.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, compliance, and partner adherence to processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners and provide ongoing support to maximize sales effectiveness.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance (agency/distribution channel).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide partners to achieve business goals.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate degree preferred (MBA is an added advantage).
