Job Description

Position: Agency Development ManagerCompensation: 25,000 to 45,000 per month substantial monthly incentives (25,000 - 1,00,000 based on sales performance) fast-track promotions (up to three times a year) payroll with Reliance additional benefits.Roles & Responsibilities:
• Recruit insurance advisors from your network (housewives, government employees, doctors, businesspeople, insurance agents, etc.).
• Train insurance agents on company products and provide sales support.
• Schedule appointments and meet potential customers for new business.
• Manage existing customer portfolios and generate leads through them. Additionally, convert individual leads into business.
• Ensure business targets are consistently met.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: 24 to 39 years
• Sales experience in life insurance or any banking/financial products.
• Graduate in any field.
• Local resident for a minimum period.
• Must possess a two-wheeler.
• Android smartphone required.
