We are looking for an AI Responses Validator & Trainer who understands the manufacturing domain and can enhance the reliability of our AI system.Position SummaryAs an AI Responses Validator & Trainer (Intern), you will gain hands-on experience in reviewing and enhancing AI-generated answers related to product specifications, supplier risk assessments, and procurement processes. You will work closely with our development team and learn how to provide structured feedback to improve the models performance. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to explore the intersection of AI and manufacturing without requiring extensive prior experience.Key Responsibilities1. Questionnaire Review Learn to interpret manufacturing-related questionnaires, including product specifications and supplier risk factors. Understand the purpose and requirements behind common industry questions.2. AI Response Validation Evaluate AI-generated responses for completeness, relevance, and correctness. Identify errors or areas where additional clarity is needed, under the guidance of senior team members.3. Feedback & Training Collaborate with the AI team to provide detailed feedback on recurring issues or inaccuracies. Assist in refining and preparing training data that reflects real-world manufacturing scenarios. Document improvements and updates to ensure continuous learning and AI optimization.4. Quality Assurance Observe and learn how to maintain records of the changes made to AI responses. Help prepare basic reports on the AI models performance, learning best practices for quality assurance in AI-driven processes.5. Collaboration & Learning Shadow senior validators, software developers, and data scientists, gaining insights into the manufacturing and procurement landscape. Participate in brainstorming sessions, knowledge-sharing events, and other learning opportunities to enhance your skillset.Qualification & SkillsEducation: Recent graduates or final-year students in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related fields. A formal degree is not mandatory; keen interest and curiosity in AI and the manufacturing domain are key.Basic AI Understanding: Awareness of AI/ML concepts is a plus (e.g., how chatbots work, basic machine learning terminology). Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.Domain Interest: Curiosity about manufacturing processes, product specifications, procurement, or supply chain management. Eagerness to understand industry standards and compliance requirements.Communication & Collaboration: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and open to receiving feedback from mentors.Attention to Detail & Enthusiasm: Demonstrated ability to spot inconsistencies and willingness to dig deeper to resolve them.
