In this role, you will be responsible for building and expanding our health insurance agency premium across multiple locations. You will recruit, train, and mentor insurance agents, drive business growth, and ensure sustainable revenue and profitability.If you have a passion for mentoring agents, meeting sales targets, and making a meaningful impact in the insurance industry, this opportunity is for you.Key Responsibilities
• Build and growhealth insurance agency premiumsin assigned regions.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentortalented insurance agentsfor long-term success.
• Coach agents to improveproductivity, performance, and engagement levels.
• Driverenewal businessand achieve revenue/profitability targets.
• Implementbest practices across Digital Office (DO) locations.
• Providestrategic insightsbased on local market dynamics and customer needs.
• Design and executelocation-specific business plans.
• Collaborate effectively withcross-functional teamsto support growth initiatives.
• Monitor and reviewagent performancethrough structured evaluation and feedback.
• Create an engaging, supportive, and high-performance environment for agency partners.
Ideal Candidate Profile
• 2 3 yearsof experience ininsurance, sales, or agency management.
• Proven track record ofachieving business targets.
• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency indigital tools and computer applications.
• Strongcommunication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, with ago-getter attitudeand a result-oriented mindset.
