The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, particularly in CASA, and a solid understanding of banking products and customer relationship management. This role is critical in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:
• Drive CASA acquisition and meet assigned sales targets
• Manage and develop relationships with customers to increase business
• Ensure proper branch coordination and support regional sales efforts
• Collaborate with Relationship and Wealth Managers to identify cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the assigned region
• Provide training and support to junior sales staff as needed
Must-Have Skills:
• Proven experience in Sales and CASA acquisition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and grow a customer portfolio
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Retail Branch Banking and Retail Liabilities
• Experience as a Relationship Manager or Wealth Manager
• Ability to work across teams and lead sales initiatives
