Job Description

    Job SummaryThe Assistant Zonal Head supports the Zonal Head in driving business growth, managing sales teams, and implementing strategies to expand the brands presence and revenue in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to meet sales targets. Support in managing and leading regional sales teams to drive performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitor activities. Assist in organizing marketing campaigns and brand-building activities. Ensure smooth execution of sales and operational strategies within the region. Provide regular reports on performance, opportunities, and challenges.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 3-5 years in sales/business development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership/support role. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
