Job Description

    Position Summary:The Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions across the organization. This role requires a strong technical background, ability to understand complex business processes, and the ability to work collaboratively as a member of the Automation Center Of Excellence (COE) as part of the Business Operations & IT organization.Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities:Develop and implement automation solutions using contemporary tools and technologies.Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional Subject Matter Experts to understand requirements and design solutions.Write, test, and maintain automation scripts and workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation solutions.Ensure that automation solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.Document automation processes and provide training to end-users.Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies.Supervisory Requirements/ Responsibilities:N/APosition Qualification Requirements:Education: B.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:3 years experience developing automation solutions using automation tools or scripting languages (Power Automate, Python, etc.)Required Certifications: N/ARequired Skills: Strong programming, scripting and debugging skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Solid understanding of cloud computing environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team.General Requirements: Ability to manage priorities and workflow. Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
