Job Description

    Elephant Pass Ayurveda is a premier Ayurveda wellness retreat dedicated to promoting holistic well-being through traditional Ayurvedic practices. Our resort offers guests a rejuvenating experience amidst lush natural surroundings. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Ayurveda Resort Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.As the Ayurveda Resort Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our resort and ensuring that our guests have an authentic and enriching Ayurvedic experience. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the resort, including staff, guest services, wellness programs, and facilities.Guest Services: Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.Oversee the guest reservation process, check-in, and check-out procedures.Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Ayurveda therapists, kitchen staff, and support personnel.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting staff growth and development.Wellness Programs: Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners to design and implement personalized wellness programs for guests.Ensure that all Ayurveda treatments and therapies adhere to traditional practices and are of the highest quality.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily resort operations, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security.Manage budgets, control expenses, and maximize revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies.Implement and maintain health and safety standards in all areas of the resort.Marketing and Promotion: Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing ones.Represent the resort at industry events and build strong relationships with travel agencies and tour operators.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local regulations and licensing requirements related to Ayurveda practices and hospitality.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in an Ayurveda or wellness resort. In-depth knowledge of Ayurveda principles and practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
