Job Description1. Manager - Bancassurance will be responsible for handling an on-roll team of 6 -10 sales managers in Bancassurance Channel.2. Has to handle 5-10 Branches of a Channel Partners.3. Monitor the day-to-day activity, planing & execution of banca team.4. Building good relationship with Banks Cluster Head, Branch Manager & allied staff to achieve Cluster sales target.5. Driving business through Branches in the Circle6. Responsible for targets allocated to the Branches7. Driving and motivating the branch staff along with the Team to generate leads and log in prospective applications8. Conduct regular team meetings and motivate the Team members to achieve their targets9. Educate and motivate the team on the contest roll out and update on the new products launched in the market10. Build relationship with the business partners and address their queriesQualifications:Minimum qualification- Graduation required.Age between 21 to 40 Years.
