Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the education and training industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by targeting corporate clients, institutions, and training partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as HR professionals, L&D managers, and business heads. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients. Understand client needs and offer customized training solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand awareness campaigns. Track and report sales performance using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.Requirements Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education, training, or edtech sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
