Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of Unit Managers and Development Managers within the agency channel to drive consistent life insurance sales.
    • Oversee branch handling operations, ensuring smooth functioning and performance delivery across teams.
    • Drive advisor development by ensuring structured onboarding, training, and capability building programs.
    • Monitor and guide field sales efforts to ensure active engagement and conversion.
    • Implement lead generation initiatives, leveraging both traditional and digital sales tools.
    • Motivate and mentor teams to achieve sales targets through strategic team management and performance incentives.
    • Ensure strict adherence to compliance protocols, minimizing risk and promoting ethical practices.
    • Build strong professional relationships with advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders to strengthen the agency manager network.
    • Collaborate with leadership to roll out sales initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree (any stream).
    • 7 to 12 years of experience in life insurance agency sales with a proven track record in team and branch management.
    • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
    • Energetic, proactive, and passionate about developing people and driving performance.
