Job Description

    Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales professional who can own on-ground sales activities and drive business growth. The role involves building strong client relationships, generating new business, and closing deals through regular field engagement.Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and market outreach
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
    • Understand customer needs and present suitable solutions
    • Own the complete sales cycle: lead generation to closure
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
    • Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and trends
    • Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and closures
    • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
    • Represent the brand professionally in the market
    Desired Skills & Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in Field Sales or Business Development
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • High level of ownership and self-motivation
    • Comfortable with daily field movement and target-based work
    • Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
    • Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling
    • Basic reporting and CRM knowledge is a plus
