Job Description

    Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) for a recruitment company Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identifying business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and developing a pipeline of prospective clients Relationship Building: Building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding client needs, and ensuring high client satisfaction Proposal Development: Creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing profitable deals Market Research: Conducting research to identify industry trends and potential growth areas Collaboration: Working with the recruitment and marketing teams to meet client needs and support business development efforts Sales Reporting: Tracking sales performance and managing client relationships using CRM tools Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and striving to increase the companys market share Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets Skills: Strong knowledge of the recruitment industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to build long-term relationships with clients, self-motivation, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a recruitment or staffing agency Understanding of different industry sectors and their hiring needs Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Benefits: Competitive base salary with attractive commission structure Professional development opportunities, including training and certifications A supportive and collaborative work environment with opportunities for career advancement,
