• To lead the design team of the project at schematic design, detailed design and construction design stages for the project and post-construction preparation of the as-built drawings and documents To review the employer requirements, specifications and conceptual drawings andensure that they comply with the relevant codes and standards. Working knowledge on Design Software ( AutoCAD, Revit, and etc) Interact with construction site teams for effective resolution of any site related issue.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Bachelor s Degree in Architectural Engineering or Equivalent Minimum of 7 years of experience. Experience in Infrastructure Projects (Preferred experience in airport/aviation engineering and construction projects). Good analytical and problem-solving skills Candidate with airport projects experience will be at an advantage ATTRIBUTES: A team player with the ability to establish good working relationships with clients, line management and project. Good technical, analytical and organizational, skills. Good knowledge of construction and general application of principles, theories and industry practices and standards Flexible approach to work and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
