Job Description

    Extensive experience in the electronics industry, particularly in machining, PCBmanufacturing, molds and injection and manufacturing processes.o Hands-on experience managing production and engineering teams.Global Experience:o Proven experience working in China and/or India, with a deep understanding ofcultural nuances and business practices.o Familiarity with regional market dynamics and demand.Import-Export Knowledge:o Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures,and export documentation.o Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with international suppliersand customers.Tax and Compliance Expertise:o Knowledge of tax implications and incentives related to import/export.o Ability to navigate and comply with both domestic and international laws andregulations.Quality and Procurement:o Knowledge and experience in quality assurance and procurement processes.Financial Expertise:o Experience in financial management, including P&L oversight and otheraccounting reports.Relationship Building:o Strong interpersonal skills to create and maintain relationships with vendors,suppliers, and clients.o Effective communication across diverse cultural backgrounds.o A team player who will be able to cooperate and maintain transparentcommunication with the HQ office in Israel.Strategic Thinking:o Capable of developing and executing business strategies to maximizeprofitability.o Experience in cost analysis and budget management.Leadership Skills:o Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, driving operational excellence andinnovation.Additional Qualifications:A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Proficiency in multiple languages (Mandarin, Hindi) is a plus.Relocation: This position requires relocation to Cochin, India.If you have the experience and drive to lead a fast-paced, innovative company, wed love to hear from you.,
